San Antonio Spurs fans give unfiltered opinions on Spurs/Timberwolves trade of 2024 NBA draft No.8 pick Rob Dillingham
The Spurs traded Dillingham to Minnesota for a 2031 undrafted 1st round pick and a 2030 protected pick swap- and Spurs fans held no punches
On the first night of the 2024 NBA draft, the San Antonio Spurs held the 4th and 8th picks, and many people who follow the team closely anxiously awaited on what moves the front office would make.
The Spurs drafted UConn G Stephon Castle at #4, and Kentucky G Rob Dillingham at #8. Shortly thereafter, the NBA announced the Spurs traded draft rights Rob Dillingham with the Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange of a 2031 1st round pick [undrafted] and a 2030 protected pick swap.
Shortly after, dozens of Spurs fans on X (formerly known as Twitter) held no punches as they gave their unfiltered opinions regarding the Spurs team, the trade deal, PAFTO, and even began arguing amongst themselves, which made for good entertainment.
Missleague.com asked Spurs fans for their thoughts to include in this article, but the dozens of reviews received were far too much for our website server to handle. Therefore, we made a video to show all of the opinions (messages received prior to 06/26/2024 10:45 CST)
